We collect information you give us directly — name, email, company, and project details submitted through our contact forms, the chat prompt, or a booked call.

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location from IP address. This comes from standard server logs and analytics tooling.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver client work, improve the site, and — where you've opted in — send updates about our studio. We do not sell personal data.

The site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and to remember basic preferences, such as light or dark mode. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as intended if you do.

Sharing

We share data with vendors who help us run the studio — hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics — under agreements that limit their use of it to providing that service. We disclose data if required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry and client data for as long as needed to deliver the engagement and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
