01 // who_we_are

BlackWare Labs FZ-LLC ("BW Labs", "we", "us") is a creative-technology studio registered in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit blackwarelabs.com, fill out an inquiry, or engage us on a project.

02 // what_we_collect

• Inquiry data — your name, email, company, phone (if provided), budget band, and the brief you share with us.
• Usage data — anonymised page views, device type, referrer, and aggregate engagement signals (e.g. dwell time on case studies). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• Cookies — strictly-necessary cookies for site preferences, plus a privacy-friendly analytics cookie. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

03 // how_we_use_it

• To respond to inquiries you initiate, scope work, and run ongoing engagements.
• To improve the site (which sections people read, where they leave). Aggregated only — never tied to identified individuals.
• To send you a project status update or, if you opt in, an occasional newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or AI training providers.

04 // where_it_lives

Inquiry data is stored in our internal CRM (Notion + Supabase, hosted in the EU). Operational tools (email, calendaring) sit on standard SOC 2 / ISO 27001 vendors. We retain inquiry data for 24 months after last contact, then delete it.

05 // your_rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete any data we hold about you by emailing privacy@blackwarelabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

06 // children

BW Labs does not knowingly market to or collect data from anyone under 18.

07 // changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
