CONDITIONS.

01 // scope

These terms govern your use of blackwarelabs.com and any project work delivered by BlackWare Labs FZ-LLC ("BW Labs"). By using the site or signing a statement of work, you agree to them.

02 // site_use

• The site, its content, and case studies are owned by BW Labs unless attributed otherwise. You may share links and short quotations with attribution; please don't reproduce wholesale.
• You won't attempt to scrape, fingerprint visitors, reverse-engineer client work, or use the site to train models without our written consent.

03 // project_engagements

• Every project starts with a written statement of work that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. The SoW takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
• Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellation after kick-off is billed pro-rata against work completed.
• Final deliverables transfer to the client on full payment. Working files, AI prompts, agent configurations, and underlying tooling remain BW Labs property unless otherwise agreed.

04 // confidentiality

We treat every brief as confidential by default. We will sign your NDA on request, or use ours. We may reference engagements in our portfolio after launch unless you opt out in writing.

05 // ai_disclosure

BW Labs uses AI agents as part of production. All client-facing output is reviewed and approved by senior humans before delivery. We do not feed your confidential briefs into public model training endpoints.

06 // liability

Our aggregate liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profits claims. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

07 // governing_law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
